Summer is here, which means it is ice-cream season, and WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients’ new products bring even more enjoyment and variety to consumers' freezers. As a soft filling in ice creams or as layers in ice-cream desserts, these products can be used in many different ways. WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients has also developed new ice-cream coatings, including the first green variety with fruit chunks as well as fruit-yogurt options.
