The fruit sweeteners Fruit Up® and Multijuice from WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients are natural sweetening alternatives, ideally suited for bakery applications. They can also be used as a natural binding agent in cereal clusters and bars, which makes it possible for manufacturers to avoid E-Numbers in their products.
The broad portfolio offers ingredients, such as natural flavors and colors. They can either be applied to the dough or in cream fillings. Fruit powders are further innovative ingredients for fat cream fillings in sandwich cookies or wafers.
The WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients portfolio also includes a wide selection of preparations for fillings and layers of bakery products. A highlight are the bake-stable preparations which have a high boil and heat stability and viscosity. Possible applications are fruit filled bars, with a fruit content of up to 50 percent, with or without fruit pieces as well as fruit filled cereal pillows.
