WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients announces closing of inaugural US$ 200 million Private Placement

Zug (Switzerland), February 5, 2014. WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients (WILD) announced today that it has successfully closed a financing transaction in the US Dollar Private Placement market by issuing a total of US$ 200 million Senior Notes.

Following the extension of its € 250 million Syndicated Loan Facility in September 2013, WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients has issued 7 year Senior Notes carrying a coupon of 3.71% in the amount of US$ 160 million and 10 year Senior Notes carrying a coupon of 4.40% in the amount of US$ 40 million totaling US$ 200 million. The transaction was priced on November 21, 2013 with a deferred payment and settlement (Closing) on February 5, 2014.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. acted as the sole Bookrunning Placement Agent on the transaction.
