Development and Training

Personnel development is anchored deep in the company culture at WILD. Working with you, we will set up an individual development and career plan, which focuses both on the company strategy as well as your own personal targets and skills. This plan is updated during annual feedback sessions with your superior.

Development opportunities can include internal or external training on topics such as communication, project management and self-organization, but can also include mentor programs, coaching or training on the job.

WILD has developed a management program for managers, which takes into account the varied requirements at different levels and also the individual manager’s wealth of experience. The spectrum ranges from helping employees with their first managerial responsibility, through programs for various management and leadership competencies right up to targeted support for experienced and longstanding managers.
