WILD Flavors, Inc. completed ISO certification within a year of moving into the Erlanger (Cincinnati, OH) facility, completing the ISO audits in December 1998. WILD Flavors, Inc. leads the flavor industry by setting high standards for customer satisfaction. The ISO certification has provided the direction of a customer-focused organization with a process approach for continual improvement.
In 2012, WILD Flavors, Inc.'s North American facilities (US and Canada) were re-audited to the ISO 9001:2008 standards. WILD continues to set the bar higher for all participants in the ingredient industry through our commitment to high quality.
Strengths pointed out from the audit include professional management of the business and processes (far above food industry standards) and well-organized manufacturing facilities that are maintained and kept clean. Other areas of strength noted include: traceability, product coding, internal auditing, extensive training programs and effective calibration systems. It was noted that "staff was very knowledgeable as it relates to quality and food safety”
As part of the ISO 9001:2008 standards, WILD emphasizes "customer satisfaction and continuous improvement" in the daily activities of each and every employee.
