1998 | WILD Flavors, Inc. officially opens its new facility near the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati International Airport. The facility houses administrative, technical, research and development personnel as well as production, quality control and support services. |
1997 | WILD Flavors, Inc. acquires La Monde Ltd. in Placentia, USA, a manufacturer of natural food colors, and moves production to Cincinnati. |
1995 | WILD Flavors, Inc. acquires DRI Flavors, Canada, setting up WILD Flavors (Canada) Inc. in Toronto. |
1994 | Dr. Hans-Peter Wild acquires the F & C Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, and renames the company WILD Flavors Inc. The company produces flavors for the entire food and beverage industry. |
