WILD Flavors, Inc. is excited about its line of New Generation Meat Flavors (Beef, Chicken, Pork, and Turkey)which offer the following benefits to our customers concerned about meat flavors being too expensive. Cost-
in-use calculations show the cost effectiveness of these concentrated flavors through lower use rates and savings on inventory. These are high impact flavors including: braised, broth, fried, grilled and roasted. The flavors are suitable for meat products produced in a multitude of processing methods, such as vacuum tumbling, injection and rubs. The New Generation Meat Flavors are water soluble, shelf-stabe flavors that are available in dry, liquid and paste forms. WILD also manufactures these under tight USDA/FSIS inspection regulations and requirements.
