Flavor Creation Teams
WILD's Flavor Creation Teams work with each business unit to create unique and
innovative flavors for a wide variety of applications. Whether it's recommending a flavor system for a savory project or designing a flavor for a beverage, WILD's flavorists are experts in the field. WILD's flavorists undergo extensive training and apprenticeships prior to becoming a "senior flavorist". Flavor Creation Teams also work with the sensory area to examine and analyze different manipulations of ingredients and flavor profiles.
WILD's Flavor Creation Teams have created numerous flavor profiles and libraries from which customers can choose, or customers have the ability to create a custom blend. Flavor profiles and libraries available include: FTNF (From the Name Fruit), New Generation Meat Flavors, Sweet 16, ethnic lines, as well as natural and organic-compliant flavor libraries.
